£30,000 - £40,000 DOE Plus Bonus, 23 Days’ Holiday, Private Healthcare
Our client is a successful and rapidly growing software development company based in central Reading, providing web-based business housing management solutions primarily for local government based clients. An opportunity has now arisen for a Project Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated professional with project management experience to join a highly skilled team and work on award winning web based products that are transforming the housing IT sector.
As a Project Manager you will be will be tasked with the overseeing the implementation of browser based solutions for housing management, for both new and existing clients. You will also manage ongoing client accounts.
You will be responsible for the entire software implementation cycle, from gathering your clients’ requirements, project planning and ensuring the project is completed on time. Additionally, you will ensure that client accounts are serviced to a high level to enable future business development.
Your duties will include:
- Liaising with clients and analysing their internal business processes and policies in order to produce configuration specifications
- Creating user documents relating to data load and interface specifications, training documentation and user manuals
- Ensuring that quality assurance procedures and system testing is completed
- Managing existing accounts and reporting potential new business opportunities to the national account manager
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Proven project management experience
- A full, valid driving license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additionally, as a Project Manager you must be a team player who is able to analyse and interpret client business processes. You must also be able to work to deadlines.
Whilst not essential, experience of implementing web based software solutions would be highly beneficial to your application.
