🕒 Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 7:00pm - x1 position 
💰 Salary: £34600 per annum
🕒 Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00pm – 7:00am - x1 position 
💰 Salary: £36500 per annum

Pertemps Burton is currently recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of a well-established company based in Burton-on-Trent.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up injection moulding machinery
• Load raw materials into machines
• Carry out finishing work, removing excess material using tools
• Perform detailed quality inspections to ensure products meet strict standards
• Package products according to order requirements
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
• Minimise waste and contribute to cost efficiency
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and regulations
• Work collaboratively to meet production targets

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in injection moulding or manufacturing environments
• Good understanding of written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, punctual, and committed
• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn and improve
